Our Boarding and Pet Hotel facilities are located at our Mountains Animal Hospital branch located at Blaxland.
General Boarding & Cattery
Our general boarding service offers a safe and nurturing environment for cats, dogs, and small pets. During their stay, pets receive daily care including feeding, exercise, enrichment, and plenty of affection from our team. This service is ideal for shorter stays or pets needing comfortable, no-fuss accommodation without the extra luxuries of our Pet Hotel.
Upcoming Boarding Price Update
Please be advised that our boarding prices will increase by 5% effective 1 February 2026. This adjustment ensures we can continue providing high-quality care and facilities for all pets staying with us. We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support. All meals provided
High quality food is provided, please note if your pet is on a specific diet, you will need to provide their meals, or prescription diets can be purchased at the time of admission.
Minimum 3 walks per day
Dogs are walked at least three times a day, giving them regular opportunities to stretch their legs, explore the environment, and release energy in a healthy way.
On-site vet for peace of mind
Access to on-site veterinary care – and backup from our 24/7 Nepean Clinic nearby – means your pet is always in safe hands, no matter what.
Separate Cattery
By offering a separate cattery and a quiet, cat-exclusive play area, we aim to keep your cat relaxed and comfortable during their stay.
Large Cat Run
We have a spacious cat run perfect for multi-cat families to stay together. It is available on request and subject to availability.
Care provided by Vet Nurses
Daily care is delivered by our dedicated nursing team, focused on your pet’s comfort and wellbeing.
Pet Hotel
For pets who enjoy a touch of luxury, our Pet Hotel offers premium accommodation designed for maximum comfort and minimal stress. Alongside all the benefits of general boarding—such as daily walks, personalised enrichment, and optional grooming—cats and dogs in the Pet Hotel enjoy spacious, destination-themed suites for an extra special stay.
Larger Rooms
Our Pet Hotel rooms are more spacious than standard boarding runs, making them ideal for comfortably accommodating multiple smaller dogs from the same household, or allowing a single pet more space to stretch their legs.
Destination Themed Rooms
Our Pet Hotel offers spacious, destination-themed rooms that create a comfortable and enriching environment for your pet’s stay – let them enjoy their own getaway to places like Fiji or Japan while you’re away!
